From Dress to Dinner: Curated Wedding Menus and Themes Inspired by Lost & Found Leeds Club (Part 2)

Imagine a space full of Victorian charm, timeless elegance, and cosy warmth — brought to life across light-filled dining rooms, intimate meeting spaces, and tucked-away secret bars. Lost & Found Leeds Club offers all this and more, with impeccable British catering, attentive staff, and a stunning Grade II listed setting right in the heart of Leeds.

The perfect finishing touch to this decadent venue? A curated, luxurious menu. Whether you are going for garden party romance, industrial elegance, boho luxe or timeless glamour, the delicious and versatile offering from the catering team has something to suit every wedding style.

With menus inspired by these on‑trend themes, and the expert stylists at The Bridal House Leeds helping brides find their dream gown, this collaboration with Lost & Found isn’t just an event—it’s the perfect pairing of style and setting.

Boho Luxe Wedding

With the return of boho chic in Chloé’s AW24 show, it’s clear that neutral tones and floral textures are sticking around well into 2025. We have seen so many boho influences in bridal gowns in the past few seasons, so why not emphasise it with your décor and styling.

This menu is plant-forward- perfect for a summer day. The Bruschetta starter is fresh and vibrant, with West London made plant based Superstraccia cheese, tangy semi dried tomatoes and a bright sherry dressing. The cauliflower steak is a perfect plant based main for something surprisingly filling for how fresh it is. The deep and rich chocolate and praline torte is an indulgent crescendo to this feast of earthly delights.

Our dress choice for this theme is Evie Young’s Topaz dress. This beautiful lace dress has a nude underlayer with a bamboo lining. This lining is beautifully soft, as well as being moisture wicking. The lace design with strong lines and graphic skirt is a beautiful boho choice. The delicate off the shoulder straps are a romantic addition to keep this dress soft and feminine.

Lost and Found’s interiors have a touch of curiosity with their fun personalities and easy flow through the venue. We would add some pampas grass and dried florals to the neutrally toned spaces, whilst softening all this texture with neutral coloured drapery. Layered textiles and second hand décor would create a desert oasis in the middle of Leeds for a neutral warmth.

Classic ELegance

If classic elegance is more your style, the Victorian features and light, high ceilings of the Leeds club create an elevated feel and polished elegance to any tablescape. Classic never goes out of style- for good reason. If you are looking for a luxurious and polished feel without a hefty price tag, the heritage venue and historic architecture of Lost & Found Leeds Club blends impeccably with clean, modern dining.

Smoked salmon tartare is an easy win for the starter. Served with a soft-boiled egg, sourdough crostini and caper and shallot dressing, this light and zingy starter pairs perfectly with a glass of champagne to get this party started. A pan-fried chicken breast is another classic, grounding this menu in British classics. Finally, as vanilla cheesecake with a tropical fruit salsa and vanilla ice cream is served, you may wish to move on to Lost and Found’s wine menu. To pair with this rich, creamy dessert, we’d recommend the Nika Tiki Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Packed with lively, passion fruit flavours, the tropical fruit notes will mirror the mango and pineapple salsa perfectly while it’s white acidity will balance the richness of the cheesecake and ice cream. It makes a perfect end to this classic menu without overwhelming the palate.

The perfect dress for this theme is Veni Infantino’s Kadi. This beautiful dress is a simple bardot neckline with a belted waist and a full length ballgown skirt. This bardot neckline is perfect for a bride who is looking for a little bit of coverage across the top of the arm, whilst keeping the chest and shoulders nice and open. This dress is really popular in the shop, as a vintage style in modern shapes and materials.

This theme calls for ivory linens and gold accents throughout the meal. This is a classic combination, and for good reason. With this timeless colour scheme, we would obviously include white florals and touches of foliage. The key words here are minimal and refined, with candlelit tables, crystal glassware and no fuss.  Signage with serif fonts and subtle metallic accents will complement the flow of this beautiful venue to create a wedding that leaves a lasting impression.

After all the stress of choosing a venue, colour palette and theme, your menu is the final touch that will bring your whole day together.
